Road Trips and Audiobooks

I’ve been extremely busy this week driving halfway across the province for my day job. It was a lot of time in the car, which meant I got a lot of time to listen to audiobooks. Audiobooks are amazing! The way audiobooks are made today, sometimes they feel a bit more like a movie. They aren’t just read, but they’re read by actors, people who can make the text come alive. It’s a completely different experience than reading, and also very different than watching a movie. I find that one a road trip, audiobooks keep me alert, and I don’t tire of them as fast as I tire of listening to same playlist over and over again.

I’ll have a few audiobook reviews up this week, now that the business of the week is over. It’s been a bit quiet on the blog this week, but don’t worry, you’ll hear more from me soon.
